梁晞堯
b.1997, Hong Kong
Ashley Leung is a multidisciplinary artist and educator based in Hong Kong.
Her major artistic mediums include performance art, theatre, dance, sound,
video, poetry and text. She is passionate about the exploration of communication,
loneliness and bonding in the world of technology, bisexuality, family trauma and
freedom of speech in the current political climate of Hong Kong. She wishes to
find common ground with her audience through participative performances and
immersive experiences. It is also her goal to push boundaries and raise questions
to counter political/artistic censorships, hyper-consumerism and discrimination
towards minority groups.
